Affiliate Member - Moravian Manor Communities

Moravian Manor Communities is a faith-based, not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in the historic town of Lititz, PA, featuring two campuses.

The community’s roots began in 1947 as the Moravian Home for Aged Men and Women of the Northern Province of the Moravian Church, Eastern District, with two homes in Easton and York, PA. Moravian Manor Communities, as we know it today, was incorporated in 1962 and opened in 1975.

The community expanded its residential and care offerings over the years, building new neighborhoods within the original campus and the addition of a second campus.

Today, Moravian Manor Communities is comprised of the Founders Campus —offering residential living, assisted living, personal care, memory support, skilled care and short-term rehabilitation—and Warwick Woodlands (opened in 2016), based on a newer traditional neighborhood design for active adults. Both campuses are located in Lititz, and all residents, regardless on which campus they reside, have priority access to continuing care. Moravian Manor Communities is home to 600+ residents and 275+ team members.

Moravian Manor Communities is a founding partner of Your Neighborhood Connection, a home care services agency in Lititz.
